#5Do you currently have any other pets ?If yes describe Type,age,sex,spayed or neutered ,and training if any ?
#6Socialization is as important as training .After all puppy vaccinations are finished what kind of social activity's will you and your puppy be doing ?And how often ?
#7Will the puppy/dog live primarily inside or outside?If primarily outside describe shelter,and how much time will you be spending with your puppy/dog a day or week?Also describe house and yard size (fence or wall height)?

#9 What temperament are you looking for Family/Companion or Sport/Working k-9? Show can be both Family or Sport please specify (note No breeder rights for family/companion dogs also no registration papers tell proof of spay or neutered unless you will be doing Conformation Show with your puppy/dog) ?For sport/working what kind of job or sports will your k-9 be doing(service/therapy, agility/flyball,protection ,ect...)? Also for sport give Handler experience, Training information and descriptions ?

If you qualify for a puppy and a puppy is not available at that time you will be placed in the order we accepted your application!
